The Fermi Spectra team then uses the software of your company to rebuild your source cloud file into high quality CAD data. We dedicate a team of highly qualified, experienced and dedicated engineers to take on your project. The project team decides the details of the reverse engineering process and agree on the quickest and most precise way of remodeling.
Here, reverse Engineering works generally the same way like on 3D Scan. The CAD data can be worked out very tight. The final comparison between Cloudpoint and CAD allows for variance below 0.005 milimeter.
Reverse Engineering process we follow when reverse engineering of Cloudpoints:
- Checking original CAD and Cloudpoints after 3D scan.
- Make a dublicate copy of cloud points keep a original datas in backup, Generate average default surfaces of cloudpoint file.
- Recheck the cloud point surface geometry units of the default model.
- Modify the units to match with the Cloudpoints.
- Remodel free form areas and fix them into the geometrical base
- Continue with further units.
- Inspect the cloud data and cad model regularly to ensure tolerances.
- Connect all faces together and make Solid component.
- Examine the CAD data tolerances and compare with customer input values.
